We are the custodians or a world of fishermen and ancient values which fully blend into our recipes. We are proud of conserving the firm roots of a forgotten world, and delighted to accompany you in an experience of true flavours turned noble by the ability to combine simple ingredients: fish, oil, garlic, hot water, polenta flour.
The wine we offer is rigorously made by our neighbour wine producer Collio.
